This day is a “must” for curry lovers.  Join Angela for one of her favourite courses of the year where she will take you on an exciting spice journey.  Discover the art of roasting and blending spices and then create the essence of some amazing Keralan inspired curries.  Here is your example feast:

  • Vada
  • Coriander Chutney
  • Yellow Fish Curry with Cassava Mash – lunch
  • Poori Bread
  • Mango, Ginger and Tamarind Chutney
  • Chicken Malbar Curry
  • Fragrant Rice

Please bring the following to take your food home:

  • 3 x 1L containers
  • 2 x 300ml containers for chutneys
  • 1 bag to put everything in
  • We will wrap your breads
