ONE POT CLASSICS

On this course you will learn the art of stir-frying, slow cooking, sautéing and pan-frying. You will also learn how to build great flavour in your dishes and continue improving your knife skills as you work through the day.  Your menu covers 4 classic one-pot dishes that are heart warming crowd pleasers.  All of the dishes freeze beautifully.

Here is your menu:

  • Creole Style Jambalaya with chicken and prawns
  • Lunch – Autumn Ratatouille Provencal Style with Orzo and freshly baked bread
  • Greek Meatballs in Tomato and Red wine Sauce with Feta
  • Pork, Chorizo and White bean Casserole with Cheesy Dumplings

Please be sure you bring a container with you for each dish to transport them safely home.  See you in class!
