On this course we share some really good ways to eat nutritiously and deliciously, no fads, no diets, just great food and the freshest ingredients. You will be able to apply the principles from the key recipes in this class to your every day cooking and reap the benefits from feeling healthier and more energized. Here is how our day will work out-
- When you arrive, Angela will give a short demonstration sharing quick recipes for a healthy weekend brunch- Spiced Coconut and Chia Seed Pots topped with Roasted Nuts and Warm Blueberries, Apple, Cinnamon and Cornmeal Pancakes, these will be served at your meet and greet before you start cooking. She will also show you how to make an indulgent treat that’s actually good for you- a Raw Chocolate Slab with Roasted Nuts, Dried Fruits and Super Seeds- delish!
- Then it’s into the kitchen where you will start by making a brilliant “Get Well Broth”, then you will use that to make Spiced Sweetcorn Soup with Chill Salsa and a Super Grain Pilaf with Seasonal Roasted Vegetables, plus a delicious Sun-dried Tomato and Winter Herb Sauce.
- For lunch, we will shake up a licopene and antioxidant infused Bloody Mary and dine on seasonal Spicy Shakshuka Eggs topped with Coriander Relish with Toasted Rye Bread.
- You will also make and take home a Moroccan Braised Chicken with Dates and a Colorful Buddha Bowl Salad.
