Spoil Your Mother!
Angela has designed a very special luncheon style hands-on class to celebrate Mother’s Day.
It is the perfect Luncheon treat as you arrive to be greeted with a lovely glass of bubbly and some canapés prepared by Angela and her team.
Then the cooking begins! You will work your way through a simple, but elegant menu and dine together when the cooking is completed.
Start with making a delicious buttery Pâte Sucrée, which you will then turn into a delicious classic dessert, Tarte au Chocolat , finished with freeze dried raspberries and gold dust.
Then make a wholesome Hazelnut and Raisin Rye Bread, before turning your hand to the main course, a classic Two Cheese Soufflé with a Roast Tomato and Pepper Velouté, which you will enjoy for lunch.
Angela will slice up her Tarte Au Chocolate with Chantilly cream as your dessert.
Dine together in style and take home your bread and your chocolate tart, plus a signed copy of Angela’s Summer Recipe Book.
