This is one of Angela’s favourite cuisines where you will be transported to the wonderful aromatic world of aromatic flavours.  Learn how to achieve some of the classic combinations that define Middle Eastern cooking as you create your delicious feast. It is perfect for entertaining as you can make everything in advance leaving you to be the stress-free host!

Here is your menu-

  • Mezze- Hummus with Preserve Lemon; Lebneh with Sumac; Carrot, Orange and Mint Salad
  • Flat Bread with Fennel and Nigella Seeds
  • Chicken Pastilla (slow cooked spiced chicken baked in fillo)
  • Fragrant Salad with Fresh Herbs, Pomegranate and Feta
  • Stuffed Apricots with Pistachio, Rose and Orange Flower Syrup
  • Lunch will be Barbecued Lamb with Ras el Hanout; Mezze and Flatbread.

Please bring the following to take your food home in-

  • 3 x 300ml containers for the mezze
  • 1 x large sheet of foil for your flat breads
  • 1 x 12″ round or square plate or container for the pastilla
  • 1 x 8″ plate or container for the salad
  • 1 x 8″ plate or container for the apricots
