Join Angela for a trip down memory lane to St.Jean Cap Ferrat as she shares some of her favourite recipes from her kitchen where she worked for Lord Lloyd-Webber.   This menu is perfect for a delicious, relaxed supper with friends and the preparation and cooking is classic and so rewarding.   Flavours are full, colours, vibrant and wonderful aromas will fill the air as you cook! It’s a perfect fusion of Southern France and Italy!

  • Beautiful Niçoise Salad with seasonal fish fillets and plump king prawns- Lunch
  • Mini Ballotines of Chicken Breast stuffed with Pesto, Wrapped in Parma Ham with delicious Roasted Stuffed Vegetables
  • Summer Berry Tart with Cassis

Please bring the following to take your food home:

  • 1 x tin/box for your Pissaladiére
  • 2 x 1 L container for your chicken and vegetables+ a small pot for sauce
  • 1 large dinner plate/tin/cake box for your tart
