MASTERCLASS: BAKING

The art of baking is an ancient skill and in this class we will be lifting the lid and exploring some of our favourites. People just love home-baked goodies, so much love and care goes into the task and it’s the perfect food to share.

You will leave with a good range of skills and ideas to put into practise and to make a lot of people happy in the future!

Here are some typical bakes we may cover in a day:

Pâte feuilletée- Classic individual salmon en croute (lunch)

Pastry- Tarte Tatin

Choux pastry – Profiteroles and Savoury Gruyere and Spinach Gougeres

Orange Flower Madeleines

Little Hot Chocolate Soufflés with hot Chocolate Sauce
