This time of year is perfect for catching up with friends, so why not make the most of the Autumnal abundant larder and create a feast with Angela.  Everything can be made ahead, so all you have to do is re-heat, finish off and be then be perfect host spending time with your friends.  Here’s the menu, this will serve 6, taken from Angela’s Autumn Recipe Collection Book:

  • Sweet Potato Kibbeh
  • Lebanese Cabbage Salad
  • Lebneh
  • Slow Cooked Lamb with Green Olives and Candied Orange
  • Greedy Stuffed Jackets with Autumn Salad- Lunch
  • Baked Apples with Caramel Sauce- Vanilla and Lemon Ripple Cream

 

Please bring the following to take your delicious feast home in:

  • 1 x 10″ plate for the Kibbeh
  • 2 x 500g containers
  • 1 x 1L container
  • 1 suitable container for 6 apples
  • 1 x 300g container
  • A bag to carry everything
