Angela and the team will be creating a very special seasonal menu for this evening. Expect lots of fabulous flavours with this non-stop rolling feast from the hot coals of our Pop Up outdoor kitchen. Here is the menu and we look forward to welcoming you to a delicious evening.
- Mezze Plate- Hot smoked mini sweet pepper and shredded leek (Jerez vinegar dressing); slow cooked heritage tomatoes with pesto crumb; carrot, orange and mint salad, feta and onion bouikos (pastries)
- Angela’s super crackling Porcetta using local pork from the The Black and White Pig Company, slow cooked on our smoker and then over charcoals; potato and chorizo croquette; summer leaf salad with pickled vegetables
- Soft Welsh goat’s cheese, strawberries in balsamic; pink pepper biscuit
- Mini fillo pastry filled with fruit, nuts and dipped in chocolate served with creme fraiche parfait
