This is set to be a fabulous night out!

Following on from the success of our Pop Up restaurants and Gourmet BBQ courses, we have decided to host a special supper evening at the School.
This will feature a rolling feast of delicious plates served straight from the BBQs and smokers.  We will be showcasing the abundance of seasonal ingredients with a real local flavour.  The evening kicks off at 6.30pm, drinks are available to purchase on the evening- it’s the perfect evening out for friends together, so why not join us.

Italian Garlic Flat Breads Baked on Pizza Stones, finished with Summer Herb Infused Oil
Charred Vegetable Antipasti with Hot Smoked Burrata (soft Italian Mozzarella)

Spanish Paella Pot

Porchetta with Crackling and Crispy Potato Platters (locally reared pork loin and belly, brined , marinated and rubbed- then hot smoked and roasted to perfection)
Slow Roasted Heritage Tomato Salad with Green Beans
Salsa Verde

BBQ Roast Summer Peaches Stuffed with Raspberries and finished with a Grappa Syrup, Amaretti Semi-Freddo and Cantucinni
