GOURMET BBQ POP UP RESTAURANT – Saturday Night Feast!

Following on from the success of our Pop Up restaurants and Gourmet BBQ courses, we have decided to host a special supper evening at the School.
This will feature a rolling feast of delicious plates served straight from the BBQs and smokers. We will be showcasing the abundance of seasonal ingredients with a real local flavour. The evening kicks off at 6.30pm, drinks are available to purchase on the evening- it’s the perfect evening out for friends together, so why not join us.
Baked Flat bread topped with Courgettes Ribbons, our own Fresh Ricotta, Pine Nuts, Soft Onion and Sumac
Hot Oak Smoked Molé Rubbed Fish served in Tacos to with shredded Salad and Fresh Heirloom Tomato Salsa
Sharing Platters of Pre- Brined Spatchcock Chicken Roasted with Byzantine Flavours (Saffron, Garlic, Spices, Date and Pomegranate Molasses) Finished with Gremolata – Smoked Aubergines and Persian Rice.
Grilled Mascarpone Peaches with Bourbon Caramel, Vanilla Biscuit
