Angela has designed a range of courses so that you can cook al fresco all year round. This BBQ course is called Mediterranean Feast. You will cook a feast inspired by the Med using a range of classic barbecue skills – grilling, roasting, baking to produce a stunning lunch and some take home treats.
Here is your menu-
- Greek Flat Bread with Souvlaki
- Hot Smoked Stuffed aubergines
- Roast Tomatoes and Peppers
- Fish Fillets with soft onion, saffron and raisins with tomato risotto
- Peach and Vanilla Cake
Please bring the following to take your food home in-
- 1 x large sheet of foil or a container for your souvlaki, aubergines, vegetables and fish
- We will supply the container for your dessert.
- 1 large sheet of foil to wrap the Flat Bread
