Angela has designed a range of courses so that you can cook al fresco all year round. This BBQ course brings some classic Mediterranean favourites to form a great feast to share with friends and family.

First up is all the preparation, so onto knife skills, brining, marinating, making delicious rubs, stuffing’s and things to go with the mains. Then it’s time to work on your BBQ skills as you smoke, slow cook, bake and grill your way to BBQ perfection. You will be ready to roll out your BBQ at home and entertain throughout the months ahead.

Lunch is included in this fun day and cooling drinks to keep you refreshed


Here is your menu:

· Low and Slow Smoked Chicken stuffed with Freekeh, Grapes, Herbs and Feta

· Soft Flat Bread

· Hot Smoked Stuffed aubergines

· Fish Fillets with soft onion, saffron and raisins with tomato risotto for lunch

· Lemon and rosemary Syrup Cake

Please bring the following to take your food home in-

· 1 x large dinner plate for your chicken- we will wrap it for you

· 1 x 500ml container for the aubergines

· we will provide a container for your cake
