Here is our Summer inspired menu-
- Garlic, Herb and Parmesan Flat Bread
- Roast Summer Vegetables to make ‘Turla Turla’
- Salmon with Pesto Crust- Green Olive Salsa- Lunch
- Summer Pea and Broad Bean Risotto- Lunch
- Roman Chicken- Hot Smoked with an aromatic rub and finished with a Saffron, Honey, Rosemary and Lemon Butter Glaze.
- Chocca Mocha Pudding with Toasted Almonds
- You will also make a rub and a glaze to take home.
Please bring the following to take your food home-
- 1 x large sheet of foil for bread
- 1 x 300g container or a plate for the vegetable dish
- 1 x large sheet foil for your chicken
- We will provide the container for your dessert.
