This BBQ course celebrates classic BBQ favourites which will form a great feast to share with friends and family.

First up is all the preparation, so onto knife skills, brining, marinating, making delicious rubs, stuffing’s and things to go with the mains. Then it’s time to work on your BBQ skills as you smoke, slow cook, bake and grill your way to BBQ perfection. You will be ready to roll out your BBQ at home and entertain throughout the months ahead.

Lunch is included in this fun day and cooling drinks to keep you refreshed.



You will help Angela brine, rub and stuff 2 large fillets of salmon that come together in a sandwich tied with string and herbs.  This will be your lunch with Potato Gratin cooked on the BBQ

The we will prepare and make a classic Mexican Beef Molé Chilli in a Dutch oven. You will each take home a portion of this

Cheesy Chilli Corn Bread to go with your Molé

You will each prepare and BBQ a Hot Smoked “Beer can Chicken” and finish it with a spiced Mango Glaze

Roasted Pineapple and Rum Pudding


Please bring the following containers-

  • We will wrap your chicken
  • We will wrap your pudding
  • We will wrap your cornbread
  • 1 x 500ml container for the chilli
