GET READY FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR

We will be celebrating our love for Chinese and Chinese New Year. It is year of the Ox!

Keeping to Chinese tradition, we will prepare a range of symbolic recipes to ensure good luck for the coming year. Throughout the day, you will use a wide range of ingredients, knife skills and preparation techniques, so all in all a great culinary work out!

Here is your menu:

  • Prawn, Sesame and Ginger Toasts- Shredded Pickled Salad
  • Celebrate- Whole Chinese Duck cooked on the BBQ with a Double Glaze
  • To go with- Winter Greens with Egg Noodles with Toasted Peanuts, Garlic and Sesame
  • Char Sui Pork, cooked on the BBQ with Special Fried Rice

Please bring the following to take your food home-

  • A large sheet of foil for your duck
  • 1x 1L container for the Greens and noodles
  • 1 x 500ml container for the prawn and sesame toasts
