The emphasis will be on health and well-being, so the dishes are balanced and full of vibrant colour and flavour.
Angela will also include a good range of skills so that you get a good culinary workout!
This is what is included in your day:-
- Thai Fishcakes
- Indonesian Pork Satay
- Pickled Spring Vegetables with Turmeric Hummus
- Spring Green Salad
- Saffron, Tomato and Smoked Paprika Rice with Greens
We will have fresh ginger and lemon or garden mint teas available throughout the day and a delicious fresh juice spritzer at lunch time- wine is also available of course! A delicious lunch will be served around 1.30pm.
Please bring 5 x 500g containers to take your food home in.
We can pack everything for you should you forget on the day, but there will be a small charge for containers.
