Beat those winter blues into submission and join Angela for a “Spring Time Pick Me Up”, as you learn how to create great flavours and apply them to your every day cooking.  We will be using a wide range of spices, herbs, oils, vinegars, essences and some classic umami ingredients to make some delicious dishes which you will take home and enjoy.

The emphasis will be on health and well-being, so the dishes are balanced and full of vibrant colour and flavour.

Angela will also include a good range of skills so that you get a good culinary workout!

  • Thai Fishcakes
  • Indonesian Pork Satay
  • Pickled Spring Vegetables with Turmeric Hummus
  • Spring Green Salad
  • Saffron, Tomato and Smoked Paprika Rice with Greens

We will have fresh ginger and lemon or garden mint teas available throughout the day and a delicious fresh juice spritzer at lunch time- wine is also available of course! A delicious lunch will be served around 1.30pm.

Please bring 5 x 500g containers to take your food home in.

We can pack everything for you should you forget on the day, but there will be a small charge for containers.
