It’s time for us to pull out all the stops for our annual Festive Kitchen Extravaganza. It’s been a busy year and Angela has published 2 books, so now there are 3 altogether with a final 2 planned for next year to complete the seasonal series. This Event will showcase some of the most memorable recipes from Angela’s collection, focusing on the Festive season. You will be treated to delicious morsels from the moment you arrive, through to canapés half way through accompanied by a nice cool glass of fizz and then a stunning 2-course lunch. We will be raffling all the dishes made, plus some extra gifts from Angela. There will be hand made delicious goodies on sale and you can purchase vouchers for the events and courses on the day. On Arrival:

*Mulled Wine/Coffee/Tea * Mini Stollen * Cheese and dried Cranberry Sablé

Demonstration 1:

* Smoked Salmon and Lobster Roll * Home Cured Side of Salmon * Cheese Paté with Fruit and Nut Bread Wreath

Demonstration 2:

* Pork Pie * Baked Torta Di Risotto with Porcini and Truffle * Luxury Beef en Croute with Madeira Sauce * Stuffed Turkey Crown Wrapped in Pancetta, smoked and cooked on the BBQ with a Maple, Quince and Mustard Glaze Fizz and Canapés * Crispy Won Tons filled Roasted Butternut Squash, Chestnut, Herbs and Parmesan * Star Crostini topped with Perl Las, Cranberry and Candied Orange Relish * Prawn and Sesame Toasts

Demonstration 3:

* Pecan and Caramel Cheesecake * Buche de Noel * Midnight Pears Lunch * Beef en Croute, Winter Greens, Root Vegetable Dauphinoise * Midnight Pear with Chai Shortbread and Caramel ice-Cream
