We love preparing and cooking seafood at the School and it is such an important part of our seasonal larder and diet  On this course we will take the best of the catch and turn it into some delicious dishes.  You will learn a good range of skills and techniques along the way and how to bring fabulous flavours to your cooking.

  • Smoked Fish and Prawn Fillo Pies
  • Breaded Seafood Cocktail with Dipping Sauces- Lunch
  • Fish and Fenugreek with Tamarind and Coriander
  • Chermoula Basted Fish with Farro and Spring Greens
  • Fish Kofta with Lebneh and Chilli Relish

You will take home everything you make, refreshments and Lunch are included with wine.  All notes and recipes are sent following the class.

Please bring the following to take your fabulous fish dishes in:-

1 x container or plate for your 4 smoke fish fillo pies

3 x 750ml-1L containers for the rest of the dishes
