Following on from the success of Angela’s earlier “Eat Well” courses this year, comes a lovely summer infused course to inspire your every day cooking.  Eating well and nourishing yourself is paramount in maintaining good health, but doing so doesn’t have to hugely restrictive or boring.  All manner of diets have long ruled many of us,  however, everything we need to keep our appetites satisfied and our energy fueled is easily available to us.  Angela will share some of her recipes and know how to help you bring the season’s ingredients together into deliciously hearty dishes.  These are largely based on the classic Mediterranean and stem from Angela’s time working in the South of France.  Here is her menu:

  • Grilled Green Polenta with Slow Roasted Tomato Salad
  • Summer Gazpacho with Burrata, Crisp Prosciutto for your Lunch
  • Hot Smoked Chicken (cooked on the BBQ) with Freekeh Pilaf
  • Borma – Mixed nut, citrus, honey and spice in a fillo swirl. Strained Yoghurt

Please bring the following to take your food home in:-

  • 1 x rectangle container for your polenta + 1 x 300ml container for the salad
  • 1 x 1L container for your chicken dish
  • 1 x dinner plate or tin for your dessert
