COOKING THE SUMMER BOOK WITH ANGELA

9.30am–3.30pm

This day is all about creating a delicious menu to entertain friends and Angela will show you how it can all be prepared in advance.  Throughout the day, you will learn some of the inside tips and skills from the professional kitchen as you prepare and cook the menu.  All the recipes are straight from the pages of Angela’s Summer Collection Book and you will each receive a signed copy at the end of the course.

Here is our Menu

  • Courgette, Chilli and Mint Fritters with Tzatziki
  • Ballotine (totally de-boned by you!) of Chicken with Pesto and Parma Ham Stuffing
  • Angela’s Slow Roasted Tomatoes with Fresh Herbs de Provence
  • Peach Melba Cheesecake with Amaretti Biscuits and Schnapps
  • For lunch- Hot Smoked Ham cooked on the BBQ with a Fresh Peach Glaze, Summer Slaw and Pembrokeshire Potato Salad

Please bring the following to take home your food

  • 1 x 1L container
  • 2 x 500ml containers
  • 1 cake box/tin for your cheesecake
