Angela shares some show stopping classic desserts that can be frozen and enjoyed later, shared with others or even gifted.

You will perfect your sweet pastry, bake the perfect meringue and sponge based pudding.

So, get ready for an intensive day, great food and lots of fun. You may want to invite friends around for a dessert feast supper party! Your day includes a delicious lunch and refreshing drinks which you can enjoy with your fellow cooks.

· Sticky Toffee Pudding with Salted Bourbon Caramel Sauce

Angela will also demonstrate a savoury tart, this will be served for lunch with Autumn Salad
