Angela shares some show stopping classic desserts that can be frozen and enjoyed later, shared with others or even gifted.

The day includes making 2 types of pastry, a perfect meringue, creating a delicious sponge pudding and techniques on making fillings, sauces and presentation.

So, get ready for an intensive day, great food and lots of fun. You may want to invite friends around for a dessert feast supper party! Your day includes a delicious lunch and refreshing drinks which you can enjoy with your fellow cooks.

· Exotic Fruit Pavlova with Vanilla and Rum Cream
