You will then get busy roasting and blending some classic combinations to make 4 amazing, authentic curries all from scratch. You will take home everything you make, plus you will also make a fabulous lunch together.
Here is your menu:
- South India – Vegetable Curry with Lentils and Dosa Pancakes
- Pakistan – Lamb Passanda
- Thailand – Green Curry with Fish
- Britain – Chicken Tikka Masala and Perfect Rice, fresh chutneys and naan. This will be your lunch.
Please bring the following to take home your feast:
- 3 x 1.5L containers
- We will wrap your pancakes and any relishes
