CLASSIC BAKES FOR SUMMER

Here are the fabulous bakes-
- Coca Bread – Catalan style bread topped with vibrant summer vegetables and Manchego
- Pissaladiére – French Onion Tart topped with a Pesto Crumb- Angela’s demonstrated tart will be served for lunch together with some delicious salads.
- Tarte au Fraise – French Sweet pastry filled with Chantilly cream and topped with strawberries and glazed
- Spanakopita with Summer Tomato Salad – Greek Fillo Pie filled with layers of spinach and feta cheese.
Please bring 2 large cake boxes/plates or tins for your tarts, we will wrap your coca bread for you.
