Time to catch up with friends over supper just before the festive madness takes over!  Join Angela for an inspiring day in the kitchen for this “make ahead” menu, perfect for entertaining at home.  She has chosen some of her favourite Autumnal recipes from her seasonal recipe book.  Everyone will receive a signed copy at the end of the course and any additional tips will be sent by email.  A delicious lunch and wine are included, so now for the menu:

  • Spiced Butternut Velouté with Crab Salad, Italian Crisp Bread
  • Hand Made Pappardelle with Slow Cooked Game Ragu and Pangratata
  • Roman Style Chicken (saffron, honey and lemon) with Autumn Nut Pesto – Lunch
  • Blackberry and Apple Meringue Roulade with Apple Crisps and Creme de Mure
