 This day is all about creating a delicious menu to entertain friends and Angela will show you how it can all be prepared in advance.  Throughout the day, you will learn some of the inside tips and skills from the professional kitchen as you prepare and cook the menu.  All the recipes are straight from the pages of Angela’s new Autumn Collection Book and you will each receive a signed copy at the end of the course.

Here is your menu, which includes a delicious lunch that you will make together restaurant style:

  • Baked Sweet Potato Kibbeh (Bulgar wheat with sundried tomatoes, cheese and herbs) with Lebanese Salad
  • Slow Cooked Welsh Lamb with Queenie Olives, Candied Orange and Wine
  • Perfect Mashed Roots
  • Blackberry Meringue Roulade with Crème de Mure Liqueur Rippled Cream
  • Lunch will be Crisp Tuna with garlic creamed beans, Rocket and Fennel Salad, Salsa Verde

Please bring the following to take your dishes home-

  1. 1 x 9” plate/tin/box for the Kibbeh
  2. 1 x 1L container for your lamb dish
  3. 1 x 500ml container for your mash
  4. 1 x 10” plate/tin or box for your dessert
