Join us for a fun packed day preparing some Italian classics inspired by the seasonal larder. You will experience a range of skills including making fresh pasta, preparing, trimming, stuffing and trussing meat, whipping up a delicious dessert and much more.

So, get ready to roll up your sleeves and get busy as you create a fabulous feast to take home, here is your menu-

  • Agnolotti Pasta Filled with Potato, Truffle and Porcini
  • Roasted Leek Salad
  • Stuffed and Rolled Pork Tenderloin, Autumn Nut Pesto, Creamed Polenta
  • Ribolita with Pangratata, Baked Dolcelatte with Damson Cheese- Lunch
  • Amaretti and Lemon Pudding

Please bring the following containers to take your food home:
