The colours of Autumn in Provence are really rich and intense. This intensity is also reflected in the flavours of the ingredients and the classic dishes they are used for.  Angela has chosen some of her favourite recipes that have been enjoyed by many guests at her table over the years.  She has also included a delicious, simple lunch that will be made together.

Here is your menu-

  • Cepe Tarts
  • Provençale Beef Daube with Potato and Celeriac Mash
  • Pissaladiére and Soup au Pistou for lunch
  • Cherry and Kirsch Clafoutis

Please bring the following to take your dishes home-

  • 1 x dinner plate/box or tin to take home your tarts
  • 1 x 1L container for the Daube
  • 1 x 400ml container for the mash
  • We will provide a foil container for the Clafoutis
