Join Angela for a very special day in the kitchen as she shares some of her favourite dishes and memories of working in the South of France.  There will be a plethora of beautiful seasonal ingredients for you to create your dishes together and lots of tips and new skills to learn along the way.  Lunch is included and recipes and notes are sent by email to you following the course.  Here is the delicious menu-

  • Coca Bread (pictured on the right)- a great way to start your feast with guests)
  • Roman Style Chicken- Hot smoked and roasted on our barbecues, finished with a lemon, saffron and honey glaze
  • Slow Roasted Tomatoes with Herbs de Provence
  • Summer Risotto with Peas, Beans, Fresh Pesto flood and Parmesan Crisp
  • Tart aux Fraise- Strawberry Tart filled with Creme Patisserie, topped with glazed summer strawberries

Please bring the following to take your food home-

  • 1 x 500g container for your tomatoes
  • 2 large sheets of foil for your bread and chicken
  • 1 x 10 inch plate/tin or box for your tart
