Join the author herself for a fun filled day of inspiring seasonal cooking and eating as Angela teaches you recipes from her Summer Recipe collection. Angela will be sharing her memories of cooking in the Mediterranean whilst giving lots of tips on delivering delicious food for entertaining. Each attendee will receive a signed copy of Angela’s Summer Recipe Collection.

* Spanish Style Coca Bread

* Stuffed Giant Pasta Shells with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

* For Lunch- Slow Cooked Barbecued Welsh Lamb with 3 dips- Skordalia, Tzatziki and Tapenade; Slow Roasted Tomatoes and a Crisp Salad

* Italian Style Pork, marinated and barbecued to take home

* Peach Melba Cheesecake


Please bring the following to transport your dishes home in-

* 1 x container for your pasta shells and sauce

* 1 x 10” plate or cake tin/box/container for the dessert

* We will wrap your Coca bread and Pork.
