Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto
Angela,
Maybe obvious from the above but I'm buzzing now and wish I could have shown feeling this earlier but I think maybe, it took time to sink in what you managed to get me to produce today. When everything was placed on that table, I was amazed and totally proud of what I'd done. At the time, I enjoyed Harry's, Lens's and Paul's appreciation of the meal and felt like punching the air with my sense of personal achievement. Then we get back to the Angel and I hear Harry, Len and Paul describing this to others in the pub. Then it hit home and I could have cried with pride !!! Then we take in the leftovers (what a terrible word for this amazing food) and there a feeding frenzy, kids devouring the Ketftedakia, people shaking my hand in congratulation even people stealing bits in foil to take home. Half the Angel has Spanikopta for supper. I had two offers of marriage, one female, one male but you can't win 'em all ;-) There's now a lot of people wishing they'd come down this afternoon and openly saying that. Amazing. I cannot thank you enough for the buzz I have this evening, God knows how I'll get to sleep. Every time I come to Llanerch I go home inspired but this is beyond all previous experiences (wipe tear from eye, seriously). You are a complete genius. I really mean - Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto Thank you Efharisto -
See you soon

Thanks again for a great day. Just finished sharing the Ceviche with some friends in the office - Lush as we say in these parts. Again it seems I get a delayed rush after the event - I think I'm concentrating so much during the day that it's only later that I only realise how much I've learned and how much I've enjoyed myself. Not sure about the fish filleting/skinning - I thought I'd learn a difficult mysterious art. It turned out that I found out how easy it is when you're shown how to do it correctly and have the correct equipment. Another string to my bow and another feather in your cap (YUK !!) Looking forward to the next chance I get to absorb some of your knowledge and skill.
Oh - liked the earrings !
Have a relaxing Christmas and a stiff Bloody Mary.

Dear Angela
Thank you so much for the Seafood Masterclass last Saturday. Aly and I both learned loads and we enjoyed the bream for Sunday lunch. My favourite was the baked oysters. I can't believe that we cooked so much! Hope to come on one of the Lebanese classes next year.
Merry Christmas to you.Sue Thomas
