Slebech Park
Slebech Park between Narberth and Haverfordwest, just off the A40, was chosen because of Angela's long association with Pembrokeshire and the many fine food producers that are based in the area. The house is situated by the Cleddau estuary and is set in 600 acres of natural parkland. Slebech's historic Dutch style walled garden will provide fresh ingredients for the cookery school.
Quality local producers will be invited to take part, in not only the cookery school activities, but also the local food events and food tours, which Angela's school will be organising throughout the year. Single participants will be welcome, as will groups of friends, up to the course maximum of eight.
As well as cookery classes for groups or individuals in classes of up to 8, there will also be corporate packages on offer to businesses looking for an away day with a difference. These are specifically designed for groups of up to 20 people who can choose from a range of themes. Slebech also offers luxurious accommodation which is ideal for future residential courses planned for 2010, and for extending a stay in Pembrokeshire.
