WINTER ITALIAN SUPPER

Join Angela for day of classic Italian cooking, bistro style.  Together you will be creating a delicious menu to take home and share with family or friends.  You will learn a range of new skills as well as pick up numerous tips. You will make fresh bread, pasta, slow-cook and make a delicious dessert.  Here’s the menu:-

  • Porcine, Truffle and Parmesan Bread
  • Papparadelle with Wild Mushroom Ragu
  • Whole stuffed Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Parma Ham with Masala Wine Sauce
  • Frito Misto with Salsa Verde for lunch
  • Tuscan Citrus Cake with Lemon Mascarpone

Please bring the following containers with you:-

  • A 500ml container for your pasta
  • A 300ml container for your sauce
  • A large dinner plate or cake tin for your cake
  • A small pot for the mascarpone cream

We will wrap your bread and your pork for you.  See you in class, Ciao!
