WEBER WINTER WARMER COURSE

Everything listed below is cooked on our selection of barbecues.  We have an outside covered area so the courses will take place whatever the weather.  The Winter Course is designed to showcase the variety of dishes that can be cooked in Winter on Weber Barbecues.  

Your day will start with a meet and greet, where your chefs will run through all the exciting ingredients and sumptuous food you will be preparing. After each stage of hands on food prep, you will go outside and get to grips with all the fun of cooking on a barbecue. As each course is ready, while the next one is cooking you get chance to sit down with your fellow barbecuers and enjoy the fruits, or foods, of your labour.

Example Menu:

  • Goats curd and Fig Flat Bread
  • Hot Smoked Salmon served on Potato Rostis
  • Smoked Leek and Potato Soup
  • Roast Beef with Yorkshire puddings
  • Roast Turkey with Hassle Back Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts with Chorizo and Onions
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with a Caramel Sauce

Suitable for all levels of experience, the Weber course includes mastering Weber’s renowned “lid-on” barbecue techniques for grilling, roasting, smoking and baking; using a combination of charcoal and gas barbecues.
