SKILL BUILDER: FAST FISH

Learn the basic, but essential skills in preparing and cooking fish.  You will learn how to fillet a fish, remove the skin from a fillet and pin-bone.  We will prepare a small variety of fish and turn them into 2 speedy dishes to take home and enjoy.

Your tutor will show you how to cook fish to perfection and demonstrate 2 simple dishes for you to taste.
