Master the art of making a great pasta dough, then turn it into a range of classic dishes. You will also learn how to layer great flavour in sauces and fillings and cook pasta perfectly.

Make fresh pasta to create a range of dishes including:

* Tortelinni- roasted butternut squash, amaretti biscuit, sage and parmesan

* Ravioli – slow cooked veal, pancetta and herbs

* Tagliatelle- mushrooms and truffle butter

* Lasagne al forno made with a classic meat ragu and béchamel sauce

* Squid ink pasta with crab and prawn filling
