Join Angela for a trip down memory lane and prepare some classic festive French dishes. Everything can be made in advance so the menu is perfect for entertaining friends and family. Angela will also demonstrate home cured salmon, bilinis, pan-fried fois gras with apples and Madeira which will be served as a festive platter for lunch.

  • Boned organic chicken with truffle stuffing

  • Marinated goat’s cheese in a jar
