BAKED TO PERFECTION

Following the Bake-Off fever, Angela is offering a calmer and more relaxed day in the kitchen where you can create and bake your socks off!  You will take home delicious goodies to share, or freeze to enjoy another day. You will learn a range of skills and techniques whilst preparing your bakes. Here’s the menu:-

  • Coca Bread – a delicious Spanish style bread, perfect for sharing
  • Little Tarts au Citron – classic French patisserie
  • Angela’s Chocolate Ganache Cake with Popping Candy
  • Leek Rarebit Tart

Please make sure you bring some containers to safely transport your goodies home in, here’s what we advise:-

  • A large dinner plate or tin for your Little Tarts au Citron
  • A 10″ cake box/tin or plate for your chocolate cake
  • A 10″ plate/tin for the Leek Rarebit Tart

We will wrap up your coca bread for you.  See you in class!
